Software Pre-Requisites to Install Gatehouse Hardware
SOFTWARE PRE-REQUISITES TO INSTALL GATEHOUSE HARDWARE
The correct product module is needed to utilize the FRONTSTEPS dwelling gatehouse application, and all the peripherals needed by the client. If no peripherals are needed (or at least, only a hand scanner and printer are needed) the “92812 - Visitor Management: Web” product license will allow guard accounts to access the web portal without the gatehouse application. Otherwise, for the items listed below, the following product license(s) will be needed:
