Background

The Facility Reservations application has been enhanced to accommodate social distancing requirements.
Community Managers can now set limits on the number of people participating in an event in a facility.
Residents will also be required to provide guest names and contact information. The main purpose for this information is for contact tracing for a situation such as a potential virus infection occurring at the event.

Reserving a Facility With Social Distancing Restrictions

From the Resident Dashboard menu options, select My Reservations and Requests, then select Community Reservations.

From the Community Reservations screen, select the + Community Reservation option.

  1. Select the Facility from the Facilities list at the right. Select the date of the reservation.

  1. On the Select time slots for <selected date> screen, select the time slots for which you are reserving the Facility.
  2. Using the Available Capacity per time slot guideline, enter the appropriate number in the How many guests in your party not including yourself? field. Select Continue.
Note: The system already counts the person making the reservation as one of the total allowed party. Enter only the number of guests who are in addition to yourself.

The Register Visitors screen requires guest contact information.  The main purpose for this information is for contact tracing for a situation such as a potential virus infection occurring at the event.
  1. Complete the Guest information for each of your guests. First Name and Phone Number are required. Last Name and Email are optional.
  2. Select Confirm Reservation. Your reservation request is submitted to the community Manager for approval.
  3. You are then returned to the Community Reservations screen where your request Status displays as Pending. When the request is approved, the status will change to Approved.
