Q: Can I customize Home level reports?

A: Defined reports can be made at the Client level. To run a defined report for all clients, you may use Report Runner.
 

Hiding Reports

Q: There are some reports in the Reporting toolbox at the Client Dashboard that we never use. Is there a way to hide them globally?

A: Yes, an administrator can hide these by going to Admin > Configure Master Report List and uncheck those that you don't want to see.
 

Reports Not Generating

Q: Why isn’t a certain report generating when I run my report group?

A: From the Client Dashboard, locate your Reporting toolbox and select the “Report Groups” icon from the icon strip at the bottom of the toolbox. Select the report group you want to run and ensure that all reports are configured using the icons in the “Configure” column under “Selected Reports.”
