What’s New

Approved and Rejected Requests Keep Their Steps

Finish every request in Manager, including the final letter.

Feature Overview: After a request is approved or rejected, a compact banner shows who decided and when, and the closing stage’s steps stay on the page so the final letter, fee or board step can still be completed.

Benefits:

Add or Remove a Step on One Request

Handle the one-off case without changing the process.

Feature Overview: EDIT STEPS on a request adds a step to the current stage, or removes one, for that request only.

Benefits:

Per-Community ARC Process Overrides

Tailor a community’s ARC process in Manager.

Feature Overview: Community → Management Setup → ARCs lets administrators include or exclude stages, set durations, choose which request types each stage applies to, and add, edit or remove steps for that community. Clear overrides resets it to the Master process.

Benefits:

Reverting a Step Keeps the Letter and the History

Undo safely.

Feature Overview: Reopening a completed step no longer hides letters that were already sent or printed, and the activity log keeps the step’s earlier entries plus a new “Step reverted” entry with who and when.

Benefits:

Better Notes

Delete, skip the category, or write to the homeowner only.

Feature Overview: ARC notes can be deleted, no longer require a category, and have a new “Homeowner Only” option that emails just the homeowner.

Benefits:

Clearer Requests

See instructions, submissions and setup problems at a glance.

Feature Overview: Steps show their Caliber instructions from an info button; documents uploaded through a workflow step are tagged “Submitted with request”; a request type that is not set up now gives a message naming the type, process and community; and the activity log always reads in the order things happened.
