Notes that managers and directors add to architectural requests on the web are now visible to everyone by default, matching the mobile app.

Previous Behavior:
When a manager or director added a note to an architectural request on the web, the note defaulted to “Visible to Managers only.” The mobile app already defaulted to “Visible to Everyone,” so the same action could produce different results depending on where the note was written. Residents could miss notes that were meant for them.

Resolution:
Architectural request notes added on the web now default to “Visible to Everyone” in both Community Records and My Reservations & Requests, matching the mobile app. Managers and directors can still change visibility on any note before saving it.
