Violations Status Filter

Updated Aug 31, 2026

Web Portal Version 8.20.2026

What’s Improved

Architectural Review (ARC) Request Syncing

Architectural review requests now sync more reliably from Caliber into FRONTSTEPS.

Previous Behavior:
In some communities, architectural review (ARC) requests that were visible and active in Caliber did not appear in FRONTSTEPS. Managers and board members were unable to locate, review, approve, or deny these requests through their normal FRONTSTEPS workflow, even after waiting for the regular sync to complete.

Resolution:
The underlying syncing issue has been addressed so active architectural requests from Caliber display correctly in FRONTSTEPS. Managers, board members, and ARC reviewers can now view and process these requests as expected.

Approval Requests

Creating an approval request with certain board members no longer produces an error.

Previous Behavior:
When creating an Approval Board request and adding specific board members, some users would see an error rather than being able to save the request, blocking that approval workflow for the affected community.

Resolution:
The error has been resolved so approval requests can be created and saved successfully regardless of which registered board members are added.

Violations Status Filter

The “All Statuses” filter on the Violations list now shows a complete result set on first load.

Previous Behavior:
When viewing Violations with the status filter set to “All Statuses,” closed violations were missing from the results until a user manually switched the filter to “Closed” and then back to “All Statuses.”

Resolution:
The “All Statuses” filter now returns the complete list, including closed violations, without requiring any extra filter toggling.

Admin Portal Manager List Sorting

The manager list in Manage Communities now sorts consistently.

Previous Behavior:
When adding managers in Manage Communities, the available user list would fluctuate between alphabetical order and an inconsistent, unpredictable order — most noticeably right after adding a manager.

Resolution:
The manager list now sorts consistently, making it easier for admins to find and select the right manager.
