Web Portal Version 8.20.2026

What’s New?

Board Membership Segmentation for Campaigns

Target campaign messages to board members, non-board members, or everyone, right alongside your other audience filters.

Feature Overview:
When building a campaign, managers can now filter the recipient list by board membership. A new Board Segmentation control sits alongside existing audience filters and works the same way: leave it on Ignore to include everyone, or narrow it to Board Members only or Non-Board Members only. It combines with other segmentation rules, so a manager can, for example, target only board members who are registered. Available on web.

All segmentation, including this new option, is opt-in. Existing campaigns are unaffected and continue sending to their current audience until a manager explicitly opts in and applies Board Segmentation to that campaign.

Benefits:

Restrict Portal Access for Homeowners in Collections

Management companies can now fully restrict portal login for homeowners whose account is in collections, not just hide their balance.

Feature Overview:
Previously, a setting could hide payment balance information from homeowners in collections, but those homeowners could still log into the resident portal and view their payment history. This release introduces a new, separate configuration so, when enabled, homeowners in collections status cannot log into the portal at all, and the account history download is also hidden. This does not change the behavior of the existing balance-hiding setting — it’s an additional option. This new configuration is not self-serve; if you’re interested in enabling it for your communities, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support team.

What’s Improved

Fewer Error Pages Across Sign-In, Profile Updates, and Community Links

Several everyday actions that used to show a generic error page now behave the way they were always supposed to.

Previous Behavior:
In a handful of specific situations — including certain sign-in links, account detail updates, and community links — users could occasionally see a generic error page instead of the expected result.

Resolution:
We fixed the underlying issue in each of these paths, so users now land on the expected page instead of an error.
