What’s New?
Architectural Request Signature Step Completes
Homeowners can complete Step 5 of 5 and submit an Architectural Request.
Previous Behavior: On rare occasions, homeowners reached the final signature step of an Architectural Request, entered a signature, checked the agreement box, selected Sign and submit, and the submission failed with a server error. Steps 1 through 4 completed normally.
Resolution: Signature submission failures are now handled rather than returning a raw server error, so the request signs and submits.
Clean PDF Output for Architectural Requests With Checklist Items
PDFs generated from Architectural Requests that include checklist items no longer contain blank pages.
Previous Behavior: Generating a PDF from an enhanced Architectural Request containing at least one checklist item inserted unexpected blank pages into the document, making the output look incomplete and requiring manual cleanup before use.
Resolution: The blank pages are no longer generated. Checklist content still appears in full, and pagination and formatting for requests without checklist items are unchanged.
Accurate Board Member Vote Status on Architectural Requests
Per-member vote eligibility and status on Architectural Requests now reflect the correct board member.
Previous Behavior: Board and Architecture Review Committee members couldn’t tell whether their vote on an Architectural Request had actually gone through — their vote status always showed as not submitted, even after voting. This caused confusion about approval status and sometimes required a manager to step in and confirm votes manually.
Resolution: Each board or ARC member’s vote status and eligibility to vote is now correctly identified, so members can see the true status of their vote on an Architectural Request.
