Build Board-Ready Budgets with ALLi
Just in time for budget season — Community Managers can now create annual operating budgets through a guided, AI-assisted experience in FRONTSTEPS Manager, powered by ALLi.
Feature Overview
ALLi Budget Studio brings together Caliber financial data, validated budgeting assumptions, and account-level recommendations in one guided workflow. Managers can review a traceable baseline budget alongside ALLi’s recommended adjustments, apply or undo changes, and export a board-ready Excel workbook with live formulas and a populated Caliber Import tab.
Benefits:- Faster Budget Preparation: Complete the budgeting process in one guided workflow instead of exporting data and rebuilding spreadsheets for each community.
- Accurate, Traceable Results: Proposed values are tied to Caliber data, budgeting assumptions, supporting schedules, or Manager overrides.
- Smarter Recommendations: ALLi provides account-level recommendations supported by relevant source information, reasoning, confidence, and estimated financial impact.
- Full Manager Control: Recommendations are never applied automatically. Managers choose which changes to accept and can undo them at any time.
- Board-Ready Output: Export a clean Excel workbook with live formulas and an automatically populated Caliber Import tab.

Automate Banking with Wintrust Integration
Wintrust customers can now automate statement retrieval and account reconciliation while viewing real-time balances directly within Caliber.
Feature Overview
Caliber’s advanced banking integration now supports Wintrust Bank. Communities that bank with Wintrust can automatically retrieve statements, configure automated account reconciliation, and view real-time account balances from the Chart of Accounts and Advanced Automation—without logging into a separate banking portal.
Benefits:- Automated Statement Retrieval: Wintrust bank statements are retrieved automatically and available for viewing directly from the Chart of Accounts.
- Streamlined Reconciliation: Select Wintrust as the provider for automated reconciliation tasks, reducing the need for manual transaction imports.
- Real-Time Balance Visibility: View up-to-date Wintrust account balances directly in Caliber Desktop without accessing a separate banking portal.
Simplify Investment Management with HOA Invest Enhancements
Two enhancements to the HOA Invest integration provide faster reconciliation and easier access to investment account documentation.

This release adds automated reconciliation for HOA Invest accounts and the ability to view and download fixed income reports alongside bank statements.
