AR Specialists can now view, investigate, and process delinquency runs directly in FRONTSTEPS Manager.
Feature Overview
Delinquency Management brings the complete delinquency workflow into FRONTSTEPS Manager across three connected areas. The Delinquency Account List gives AR Specialists a full view of all accounts in active delinquency, with grouped (by account) and per-charge views, filters across community, process, stage, and vendor, and Excel export for external analysis. Clicking any account opens a Detail View showing delinquency records, sent correspondence, a filterable audit trail, community rules, and complete fee and charge history — all on one page. When it is time to run delinquency, AR Specialists configure run parameters, generate a preview of all accounts and actions before committing, exclude individual exceptions for the current run, and post — with processing handled in the background so staff can continue working and return to download generated statements, letters, and run reports when complete. - Preview Before You Post: The Run Delinquency workflow includes a full preview of every account and action that will be affected before committing, the ability to exclude individual exceptions for a run without changing permanent configuration, and a downloadable preview report that is saved automatically for audit purposes.
- Background Processing Keeps Work Moving: Delinquency runs execute as background tasks. AR Specialists can navigate to other work and return when processing completes to download generated statements, letters, and run summaries directly from Manager.
