What’s New
Invoice Viewer
AP staff can now view the complete list and history of every invoice in their portfolio in Manager — the read experience is live, with invoice creation, approvals, and payment processing following through July and early August.
Feature Overview: The Invoice Viewer gives AP Specialists and Property Managers a centralized list of all invoices across their portfolio, organized into four tabs: All, Awaiting AP Approval, Awaiting Manager Approval, and Ready to Pay. The list supports filtering by status, payment type, and next available action, with column sorting and visual indicators for approaching and overdue due dates. Clicking any invoice opens a full detail view showing complete invoice data, payment history, workflow progress, approvals, inline alerts, and a chronological audit log. Available on web.
This is the first of six Accounts Payable features being released as each becomes production-ready. Invoice creation, recurring invoices, payment processing, approvals, and additional invoice actions are targeted for release through July and early August.
Benefits:- Every invoice, one place: AP staff can see all invoices across their communities in a single list, organized by workflow stage and filterable by status, payment type, and action needed.
- Overdue and approaching due dates, highlighted: Due dates approaching within 7 days are shown in orange; overdue invoices are flagged in red — so nothing slips through unnoticed.
- Complete invoice history, one click away: The detail view surfaces everything about an invoice in one screen — line items, payment history, workflow progress, approvals, and a full audit log.
- Inline alerts surface what needs attention: Vendor insurance issues, withholding flags, and potential budget overruns are flagged directly on the invoice record, so staff can act without hunting for the context.
- Navigate without losing your place: Prev/next arrows let AP staff move through their queue without returning to the list, keeping work moving.
Invoice creation, editing, payment processing, approvals, and void/reject actions are not yet available — those capabilities are coming in subsequent releases through July and early August.
