Workflows: Intelligent Checklists in Step Creation (Pro tier feature)
Transform the Step creation in FRONSTEPS Manager modal into a collaborative workflow builder that mixes automation from ALLi with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Managers can assign tasks to ALLi, schedule and recur work, embed structured prompts, and route individual checklist items to teammates—all from one place.

Feature Overview:

The updated Step creation experience now functions as a lightweight workflow engine tailored to HOA operations. When creating a Step, managers can:

• Assign ALLi as an Assignee: Choose ALLi as the task owner for any checklist item to have it executed automatically in the background.
• Build Reorderable Checklists: Break a Step into clear, movable checklist items to mirror the exact process you follow.
• Embed Structured Prompts (Markdown): Add rich, markdown-based instructions to guide ALLi—include data points, links, and formatting to standardize outcomes.
• Use Inline @Mentions for Routing: Assign items with @mentions (e.g., @alli for AI execution or @alex for a teammate). Mentions drive automatic assignment and clarify ownership.
• Automated Comment Responses: As ALLi completes her items, she posts results directly into the Step’s comments—creating a running, auditable transcript.
• Context-Aware Follow‑Ups: ALLi automatically uses prior comments and outcomes as context for subsequent items, improving relevance and continuity.
• Auto‑Attach Outputs: Files or reports generated by ALLi are attached to the Step automatically for easy review and sharing.
• Hybrid Execution Rules: ALLi executes only the checklist items addressed to @alli and pauses when the workflow reaches items assigned to people. Once the human completes their item, processing continues with subsequent AI-assigned tasks—no manual restarts required.
