Violation Management Enhancements
Community Managers now have more control and flexibility when managing violation communications and workflows.
Feature Overview:
Several updates improve how violation letters and fines are generated, sent, and tracked in Suite Manager. Managers can now send letters immediately using a new Send Now button in the Associated Letter section, or easily Resend and Regenerate letters as needed. Additional workflow updates allow users to manually advance violations to the next step, update appeal dates, and experience a refreshed interface with clearer text labels and improved layout consistency.

What’s Improved
Reporting Reliability
Lots of bug fixes to ensure reports display data consistently without blank or missing results.
Previous Behavior:
Users occasionally encountered empty states after running a report, requiring manual refresh to view results.
Resolution:
The reporting service now automatically refreshes Recently Run Reports upon completion, ensuring data loads correctly every time.
Benefit:
Users always see current and complete report results without extra steps or confusion.
Invoice and Billing Accuracy
Financial data now calculates and displays correctly throughout billing workflows.
Previous Behavior:
Invoice amounts occasionally lost decimal precision, and batch totals sometimes displayed incorrect values.
Resolution:
Both invoice calculation and batch summary logic have been corrected to ensure accuracy in all billing displays.

Provides accountants and managers with trustworthy financial data, minimizing manual corrections.
