QuickPay – Secure Account Number Retrieval via Email

Feature Overview:
Homeowners who forget their account number can now click “Forgot your Account?” link to retrieve it via email. This feature is hidden behind a Feature Flag at MC and will be enabled upon request.

Process of Account Number Retrieval in QuickPay

1. Click the Link
   On the QuickPay screen, the homeowner clicks the “Forgot your Account?” link.
2. Popup Appears
   A popup window prompts the user to enter their registered email address.
3. Email Validation
   The system checks if the entered email matches a registered homeowner.
4. Email Sent
   If a match is found, the system sends a secure email containing:

• All account numbers associated with the user
• A “Pay Now” button next to each property
• A direct payment link for each account

Benefit:

• Reduces support call volume, especially during high-traffic periods like the Superbowl of Payments
• Improves user experience and self-service capabilities
