Scheduled Payment Amount Display Timing

Fixed scheduled payment changes now display consistently with their effective date, instead of showing the new amount ahead of when it actually takes effect.

Previous Behavior:

When a fixed scheduled payment’s amount was edited with a future effective date, the updated amount could appear immediately in both the management company reporting view and the homeowner-facing payment view, even though the next scheduled run still reflected the prior amount. This made it look like the new amount would apply sooner than it actually would.

Resolution:

The amount shown now stays consistent with the payment’s effective date, so homeowners and management company staff see the amount that will actually apply to the upcoming payment run.
