With the new Free Trial Integration with TechCollect, you can now launch a free trial directly from your FRONTSTEPS dashboard. No extra logins, no setup delays. Look for the TechCollect button in the upper right of the Caliber screen!

This integration combines FRONTSTEPS’ all-in-one community management platform with TechCollect’s AI-powered AR recovery tools, giving you:

Faster recovery without extra labor
Predictive insights on which accounts will pay and when
Fewer legal referrals and lower legal costs

Architectural Report Enhancements
New options have been added to the Architectural reports in the Client Reporting Toolbox and Report Groups:

New Date filters when running from the Client Reporting Toolbox
Option to choose to ignore date ranges when running the reports as part of a report group.
Option to sort reports by date in ascending or descending order.
