Delinquency – Split Report by Community
When running delinquency, users will now have an option to insert page breaks between clients when printing the report, which will make it easier to share delinquency information with your communities.

API Access Management Update
To better support and scale the FRONTSTEPS Caliber API, a below-industry-standard access fee for third-party vendors was introduced on January 1, 2025. As part of this enhancement, direct creation and management of API user accounts is now handled by our Customer Support team. FRONTSTEPS Caliber customers using the API for internal purposes will not incur any charges.
If you’re working with a third-party vendor or integration that requires API access, please contact [email protected] to ensure proper onboarding and alignment with our API access expectations. Most vendors recognize the added value this access brings and are not passing associated costs on to our mutual customers.
