What’s New?
Enhanced Architecture Notifications
We’ve added the capability of creating a custom message when sending notification emails to board members and homeowners upon completion of an architectural step.
Additional features of this enhancement include:
- Notifications can be configured at the Master or Client level
- Custom messages will support architectural fields codes and enhanced formatting
- If a custom message is not specified, the current notification text will be used instead.
- For all notifications, we’ve appended critical information for the item at the end of the message, including application number, request type, community name, unit address, and a link to the architectural item in FRONTSTEPS Community.
What’s Improved?
Client Dashboard – Notes Report
We’ve improved the Notes report when running from the Client Dashboard. It will now preserve the formatting of the notes so that line breaks are retained and the content of the notes is more legible within the report.
