Out of Memory Exception Error

This error is essentially telling you that the computer/network in use has run out of working memory and cannot continue to process the current task being performed in Caliber. Using older/less equipped machines, combined with performing specific tasks in Caliber can increase the frequency of these errors.

In general, there are a few things that you can do to increase the performance of Caliber if you are seeing this happen regularly.

1. Increase the amount of memory on your machines. You would want to discuss this option with your local IT staff.

2. Restart Caliber.

3. Restart Computer.

4. Close any unnecessary background processes and programs that are running on the computer while using Caliber.

5. Have Caliber disable Spell Checker. This may free up some additional memory. 

If you perform the above tasks and the error happens again, please try to grab a screenshot of the error (with the details area of the error fully expanded, if applicable) and notate the steps you were taking right before the error occurs.
