On-site visits can be difficult to schedule, and communities may need assistance as quickly as can be provided by an installer/dealer. On-site visits can be broadly characterized into two categories:
  1. New Installations
  2. Troubleshooting existing installations
We have recommendations specific to what hardware/software function is being installed or is already installed and is not working normally. Please review the section for new installations and the section for troubleshooting existing installations.

Best practice for any kind of on-site visit: Provide our team notice (preferably 24 hours in advance of a visit).

By providing notice, our team can schedule times to call a dealer according to the dealer's needs and time zone. We will prioritize dealers who provide notice in advance: If a dealer needs help but does not give us sufficient notice will be subject to agent availability. We will aid first to any previously scheduled on-site visits. We are a small team and sufficient notice allows us to help the greatest number of dealers simultaneously. As we prioritize those previously scheduled calls, any additional calls that come in while we are assisting scheduled visits will need to wait until we are able to assist.

A dealer can use any of the methods normally used to reach support (see 'How to reach support) to schedule a call. Future implementation of a scheduling tool is expected for dealer visits.
