Manager: Community with Caliber- Delinquency

Background
Based on customer feedback, FRONTSTEPS has added a new setting for Community Managers. This feature allows Managers to View the Community Delinquencies within FSC.Accessibility
The feature is available to all users as follows:- Managers: Have the ability to view Delinquencies in both Mobile and Web.
Features
This enhancement provides the following features:- Delinquency– Shows all Residents who are Delinquent. It will only show Delinquencies that are associated with the Owners Primary Ledger. Within the Delinquency details the Managers will also be able to see the Resident Ledger, which will include all transactions, fees, payments, etc.
Delinquency View
Once this feature has been turned on, within FSC Managers can Navigate to the Community Records dashboard > Delinquencies and see a list view of all Resident that are Delinquent. 
If the Manager clicks the View button to the right of any of the Delinquencies, they will see the Delinquency Details and the Owners Full Ledger.
The Delinquency and Ledger information comes from FS Accounting (Caliber) and it is simply displayed in FSC.
