Import Rules and Best Practices:

Order matters when it comes to imports. These five must be done in this order. The spreadsheet must be saved as .xls not .xlsx. Do not adjust the column headings.

1. Properties

2. Residents

3. Access Devices

4. Vehicles

5. Remaining imports do not need a specific order

To access the imports section:

1. Log in as a dealer and select the community desired by clicking “manage”

2. Click “Administration” and select “Import Data”

3. Select the desired import from the drop-down menu and click “download template”
