Copying and pasting from Word or similar programs into email is problematic because they do not speak the same "language". Like any translation, there are going to be errors. In the case of your emails, these cause conflicting formatting commands that end up causing display errors in your messages. This is especially true if your Word document contains any graphic elements. (borders, images, etc.) To work around this, you have a few options.

1. Compose your messages using a tool that uses plain text. (Notepad, for example.) Then copy and paste the text into the ebulletin and use the built in editor for formatting.

2. Use the "Paste from Word" tool on the editor tool bar. It looks like a tiny clipboard with a W on it. (See attached screen shot.) This will improve the loss of formatting, but will not always work perfectly.

3. If you have a one page document/flyer that you would like to preserve exactly, you can convert the entire page into an image file. (.jpg or .png works best.) If you do not have the software to convert your Word document, first save it as a pdf. Then you can use this free site smallpdf.com to convert the image into a jpg. You can then insert the entire page as an image into your email. You may need to adjust the size once inserted.
